History
In 1996 God moved in the hearts of Pastor Paul Hoover and Evangelist Herb Hoover to establish a missionary outreach to America’s inner cities. This burden for America’s inner cities came after Pastor Paul Hoover started a new church in downtown Milwaukee in1986. This church, Souls Harbor Baptist Church, is a a testimony of God’s blessing and desire to reach this vast and needy mission field. The church has reached many souls with the Gospel and has many nationalities in the membership. The outreach of the church includes a Spanish ministry, bus ministry, rescue mission ministry and youth ministry. Inner City Baptist is under sponsorship and control of the Souls Harbor Baptist Church.
